NUMBER ONE/

Early Rise. EYES, a little gunky? Start with a warm water facecloth. I tell you it will feel so refreshing to wipe your face in a circular motion. Another thing, make sure you use a separate corner of the washcloth to wipe gently each eye separate!

Morning Nasal Congestion? Clear up your nasal passages without medications with a saline nasal spray. It is a relatively inexpensive way to keep the sinuses clearer I have found. Nasal spray can be purchased at your local market.

Now, gently blow your nose with tissue, after following instructions on the bottle, for a cleaner, clearer, and easier passage airflow afterwards, may repeat if necessary.

NUMBER THREE/

Morning Mouth, dry throat? Use warm water, stir in a teaspoon of SALT. Gargle gently a few seconds and spit out salty water. May repeat as desired. This gargling helps clear out excessive overnight buildup of mucus in the mouth and throat. (Hint; My dentist once told me” salt/warm water gargle is pretty healthy for the gums”)

NUMBER FOUR/

Want a glowing, soft to touch face? Now avoid your eye area as you do this next tip. Use white sugar. Wet your hands and fingertips Do a gentle circular facial scrub with the white sugar. Hint; use your favorite facial moisturizer. Now feel the difference.

NUMBER FIVE/

Soft feet anyone? Now, back to some white salt. Wet your hands and go to town scrubbing the soles of your feet. One at a time of course and watch your balance! Soft hands anyone? Just wet your hands with warm water & do a sugar scrub on inside of hands and outside. Make a fist and massage palm of each hand. Hint: a friend once said she use coffee grounds doing the same motion. However, moisturize and WELLA! Feel the difference!

Finally, [Before or after your shower] If you want to do a total body invigorating glow; dry brush your entire body with a long-handled wooden body brush I have used.
