What’s the most fun way to exercise? Hello World. I’m wondering does anyone thinks exercising is fun? Do we know the body is really made to move? Just think about it, the fingers, your hands, your wrists, your elbows, your neck, your ankles, the toes, keep going as you think about it more and more.

FUN WAYS TO EXERCISE? LET’S 👄 TALK. Meanwhile, Now I’m going to share 4 things I love to get me “moving and strangely having fun exercising.”

Although I will mention YOU may find fun, but I have never done before, such as swimming.

I never learned to swim in my entire life! Although My 2 sisters had so much fun at the neighborhood YMCA pool

I’m told and by some research. Swimming involves the total body movement and can be very, very fun!

Kicking my feet while sitting at the pool edge, I also had exercise classes after knee surgery. Otherwise, this will count as my first fun way to exercise.

Moving along on fun exercising: walking, running, jogging, hiking a good nature trail, according to your fitness level of course.

For me, I love to Walk! My faithful, in my house, “Treadmill” I turn to, especially on rainy or cold days. From 5 minutes to 1 hour if I’m not distracted.

The shopping mall is within walking distance from my residence. Nice sunny day, I grab a bottle of water and grab a good friend, my mate, and say, “Let’s walk.”

So, as I mentioned before, a walk date I’ll say works well and can be fun to chat a bit while exercising.

You may have guessed the third fun thing to exercise is my 10-speed bike. There may be more than ten speeds, but I always say that term.

Getting out early on a calm day with my reflective gear on is very relaxing and fun to do. Pair this up with a few friends or just one. BE SAFE. Wear that helmet, although it looks “funny looking “on your head!
