WATER FOR DAILY HYDRATION; FOR WOMEN WEIGHT LOSS. Water is essential for many things , in fact for life in general. First hydration can be maintained by drinking enough water and foods we eat, how important. Water can be a romantic and relaxing date, such as a yacht, cruise ship or a simple stroll by the seaside or beach.

One of my many exciting dates were so relaxing at a beachside restaurant. I could not wait to have lunch or dinner with that special someone each weekend!

How much do you think an adult male need in water in a day? How much does a female need in a day and to loss weight?

According to the institute of Medicine, an adult male needs 13 cups (3 liters) per day of fluids.

Adult women needs about 9 cups (2.2 liters) of fluids a day. Also remember you can get fluids through certain foods. In one article I read about it listed these juicy fruits and vegetables for increase hydration;

  • oatmeal- the oats expands and absorb water
  • low-fat or fat-free milk
  • berries
  • strawberries
  • grapes
  • grapefruit
  • celery cucumbers
  • bell pepper
  • tomatoes
  • carrot
  • spinach

your muscles are 75% water

the blood is 82% water

your brain is 76% water

the lungs are 90% water according to Plantrician Project Guide

According to WebMd.com ,water helps the function of these body fluids include; digestion,

THE COLOR OF YOUR URINE MATTERS IN YOUR HYDRATION STORY; according to one study.

Your urine can tell the story how hydrated or dehydrated you are;

Pale yellow urine indicates more hydration (lemonade -like color)

A dark colored urine most likely dehydration (apple-juice like color).

A FUN DATE NEAR WATER

A GREAT DATE NEAR WATER. Let’s switch the subject a bit now.

How about you and your date hit the poolside? Is there a pool at your apartment complex, your own home, or a friendly neighbors pool?

It would be a cozy, sexy idea to put on your best swim wear and have a splashing -good time, the two of you. Even as a first date , only if you are comfortable.

I had an exhilarating, fun time on a 3-day cruise not too far from home even! The fun, the adventure, the new sites and activities can keep you occupied for hours and even days at a time.

THE CALMING WINDS AND SOOTHING OCEAN SOUNDS ARE JUST FASCINATING TO MOST.

So It will be beneficial to be mindful of your daily water intake for hydration and weight management.
