HARD TIME DRINKING DAILY WATER;TRY ADDING THESE THINGS FOR TASTE. When did you last take a glass of water today? How important do you think water is for the bodily functions?

HYDRATION IS VITAL FOR WELLNESS AND SURVIVAL.

As some of us may know ,our bodies need water for essential fluids in our body from tears, blood, and sweat to elimination. We can go longer without food ( up to 3 weeks) than without drinking water (3 to 5 days),according to some experts.

I know at one point in my life ,”I hated plain old water”. I thought it was just boring to drink and lemon-lime sodas were my go to drink. What a big mistake I made. Multiple medical issues ensued, including gallstones and gallbladder removed at an early age.

ADD THESE; HARD TIME DRINKING WATER;YES ADD THESE. Let’s take a look at some tasty additions we can add to our water. You would never have known these are so tasteful, if you have never experiment with these for fun even.

Washing our fruits off before we slice or cube them to add to our water is not a bad idea first.

  • Lets try the good old orange slices. Very tasty for start
  • black or red cherries
  • Kiwi slices
  • Peaches cubed or sliced
  • Watermelon, I have grown lately to adapt to this taste and I am loving it
  • Lemons, Limes slices very familar to many together or separate
  • Tried coconuts;I know I love it and I am willing to try it
  • Cucumbers are very very refreshing with a leaf of two of mint.
