Hi, my name is Wendy A Mall. On top of this tremendous 15 pounds weight gain this past 2 years; my original start weight was 159, now I’m up to 199 dealing with I said from the past 2 years: However, I have had my challenges to try and do something to get me back to a better, healthier weight.

So, Looking At 3 Ways to Tackle Mindfulness Dieting Tips.

First write everything down on a small flip notebook or handy sheet of paper of everything you eat and drink throughout the day, every day.

Hint.

Writing things down makes you aware or mindful of….

o What you are eating everyday/snacks breakfast, lunch. and dinner.

o helps you be alert to what may be your culprit to weight gain. once you look back and review your notes.

Some Experts Have to Say This on Mental Stress and Weight Gain

Second Some experts say be mindful of what you are putting in your mouth. It is not good to eat or snack in front of a TV ,therefore You may end up eating more than you thought.

o Sometimes we eat under stress. Mental stress whether good or bad stress can affect our weight gain or weight loss goals.

o So Mental Health awareness will help reduce our cortisol levels thereby keeping our weight under control this is according to The Role of Cortisol in the Body/Health Direct (3-minute read)
