o helps you be alert to what may be your culprit to weight gain. once you look back and review your notes.

Second Some experts say be mindful of what you are putting in your mouth. It is not good to eat or snack in front of a TV ,therefore You may end up eating more than you thought.
o Sometimes we eat under stress. Mental stress whether good or bad stress can affect our weight gain or weight loss goals.
