Even, sometimes violating our bodies, minds. and heart. In return allowing others to do the same to us.

In order to learn to LOVE your neighbor as yourselves as God instructed, again you must LOVE God first and yourselves. Because as we know God is LOVE.

A Good Lesson We All Can Learn From

Remembering in (Genesis 1:31), He saw the human race as being good! He also calls us his masterpiece (Ephesian 2:10). So also remember he did not make a mistake. You are valued and LOVED by Him.

Therefore, when you value and LOVE yourself, then you can love your neighbors (spouse and others) and be in a loving relationship as God intended.
