Whether its something in the dating scenario , your relationship, weight control with that last five pounds perhaps? Well you are not alone I’m sure.

First of all I just want to tell you it will benefit you to start by relaxing and having mindfulness!

o When you relax the heart -rate and breathing slows

o Muscle tension is relieved

o Relaxation also can help slow down and reduce stressful feelings and thoughts; plus it helps refocus your thoughts.

o I am beautiful inside and out

o Am I having a great day today? Yes

o I am healing and I know It; (mentally spiritually and physically)

o Counting to 10(ten) before I speak out that I may not offend someone

o Forgiving and forget to help lower my blood pressure, ease my muscle tension and relax more!

Now let’s look at #1/Studies shows , walking at least 30 minutes 3-5 times a week-outdoors while enjoying nature calms you.

#2 Cutting back on “Junk Foods ,therefore increase your fruit & vegetables, and try some unsalted nuts for a change.

#3 Keep healthy foods in sight as colorful fruit bowl, cutup celery, carrots, ,broccoli, cauliflower for snacking on-I tried a dressing for dipping occasionally, but sparingly though.

#4 Try plain water or zero calories, zero sugar seltzer water 6-8 glasses a day. Hint; in a class for plant-based diet; Plain water with a sliced up cucumber & sliced lemon refrigerated is so refreshing, I must say!

Stay Hydrated

#5 Finally a heathy habit, let’s try this: Deep-Breathing – X10 slowly inhale and slowly exhale daily. How exhilarating and relaxing!

So, remember every important task has OBSTACLES.

Obstacles in Life. Don’t Stop. It’s the Obstacles that makes a task significant or unique. Some obstacles are tougher to overcome.

You may take two steps forward and one step backwards. Be encouraged. Stay focused and push forward, be self-empowered and you can still reach your GOALS!
