Exercise Has Nothing To Do With Weight Loss. How stunned I was to hear this at first, but I continued on to see what the expert had to say about this.
I have always found some way or the other to exercise. I would purchase a jump robe or had mini ankle weights strapped around my ankles to walk around the house as I did housework or my laundry. This was to keep my stamina or keep my weight down, at least I was thinking.

Stop and think about this question for a moment. As I said before I would probably guessed I would have respond it was by exercising more than by diet or dieting.
I would also get up a hour or so before work and do a 30-40 minutes workout at the health club. It use to be a program on television came on in the early hours called ,”A Ten Minutes Workout”.
Anyone remember or heard of that? This was my backup if I thought I couldn’t make it to the health spa. Just that 10 minutes gave me a burst of energy and I felt so energetic through out my day!

Now, the study goes on to say; Most people would answer that, believe it or not, “exercise has nothing to do with weight loss”! I am still curious what the expert has to say about this.
Studies has found that exercise helps prevent disease and it promotes a healthy heart, but it does not actively help shed weight!
The best way to lose weight is to eat better and stay hydrated.

Of course, this doesn’t mean that you can skip the gym, but it does mean that you can not solely rely on your running shoes and dumbbells to lose 50 pounds.
